Propagating traffic safety laws and safe driving skills for students
On the morning of October 13, at Dien Chau 2 High School, the Traffic Safety Committee of Nghe An province coordinated with relevant units to organize propaganda on traffic safety laws and instruct safe driving skills for students.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Phan Huy Chuong - Deputy Head of the Traffic Safety Committee of Nghe An province emphasized: Although the traffic situation in the area is generally controlled, in reality there are still many unfortunate accidents involving school-age children.
The main reason comes from the fact that some children drive vehicles when they are not old enough or do not have the necessary skills; do not wear helmets, speed and overtake recklessly, lack of situation handling skills... Besides, supervision and education from the family is sometimes not regular and not really serious.

Accordingly, the program not only equips students with legal knowledge and safe driving skills, but is also an opportunity to enhance the role and responsibility of schools and parents in guiding and educating civilized and lawful traffic behavior. Compliance with traffic safety laws should be considered an important criterion in assessing students' conduct while they are still in school.

During the propaganda session, students were exposed to practical knowledge of the Road Traffic Law, through popular and easy-to-understand content. They were not only equipped with basic theory but also guided to practice safe driving skills in common everyday situations.
The program focuses on clarifying common violations among students such as: driving when underage or without a driver's license, not wearing a helmet when participating in traffic by motorbike, scooter, electric bicycle; running red lights, speeding, using phones while driving... Through that, students are raised awareness and know how to handle traffic safely, from the smallest actions.

On this occasion, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee and accompanying units presented many gifts, including helmets, bags, etc. to encourage and motivate students to actively participate in building a safe and civilized traffic environment.
