VinFast 2026 Electric Motorcycle Lineup: A Breakthrough with Battery Swapping Technology and a Range of 165 km
VinFast has just unveiled five new 2026 electric scooter models: Amio, Viper, Evo, and Feliz II, impressing with their ability to swap batteries at stations and a range of up to 165 km.
In the early months of 2026, VinFast officially revamped its electric motorcycle product line in the Vietnamese market with five flagship models. The new models not only feature redesigned exteriors but also strongly focus on flexible energy solutions, particularly on-station battery swapping technology to optimize usage time for customers.
VinFast Amio: A versatile electric motorbike that doesn't require a driver's license.
The VinFast Amio is a brand new model aimed at students and users who need a compact vehicle for city commuting. The unique feature of the Amio lies in its split seat design, separating the driver's seat from the passenger seat, allowing the seat cushion to be removed for easier cargo carrying.
In terms of performance, the bike is equipped with an 800W Inhub motor with a top speed limited to 30 km/h, meaning no driver's license is required. Notably, it includes a backup pedal and a 1,024 kWh LFP battery, allowing for a range of 65 km on a single charge. However, the Amio's battery is fixed; users need to charge it directly via the charging port on the bike's body.

VinFast Viper: Sporty design and quick battery swapping capability.
While the Amio is aimed at young customers without a driver's license, the VinFast Viper is a more powerful option with a sporty style. The bike boasts sharp lines, dual LED projector headlights, and an integrated smart key with GPS tracking and anti-theft features.

The Viper uses a 3,000W Inhub BLDC motor, reaching a top speed of 70 km/h. It is one of VinFast's first electric scooters to support a battery swapping system. With a tray holding two LFP batteries under the seat, the scooter can achieve a driving range of up to 156 km. Users can proactively remove and swap batteries at VinFast service stations, eliminating the worry of waiting for charging.
VinFast Evo 2026 and Feliz II: Optimizing travel distance
The 2026 Evo continues to maintain its classic design style but boasts significant upgrades in its energy storage system. With its compact size and weight of only 86 kg, the 2026 Evo uses a 1500W motor and has a top speed of 70 km/h. When equipped with two LFP batteries, the vehicle's range increases to an impressive 165 km per charge.

In addition, the Feliz II model has been upgraded to build on the success of its predecessor. With a 3,000W motor, equivalent to the Viper, the Feliz II delivers impressive acceleration and stable performance on various urban terrains. The vehicle also supports two battery compartments under the trunk, providing a range of 156 km.
