The Party Committees of Huu Kiem and Mon Son communes successfully organized their first Congresses for the 2025-2030 term.
The Party committees of the communes have put forward many solutions to achieve the set goals. These include focusing on building a strong political system, caring for socio-economic development, and improving the lives of the people.
* On the afternoon of August 22nd,Party Committee of Huu Kiem CommuneThe first Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term was solemnly organized. Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Police, attended and directed the congress.

Attending the congress were comrades Pham Vu Cuong - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, along with representatives from provincial departments and agencies, and 250 official delegates of the Huu Kiem Commune Party Committee.
Huu Kiem commune was established by merging three communes: Bao Nam, Huu Lap, and Huu Kiem of the former Ky Son district.
Delivering a guiding speech at the Congress, Colonel Dinh Viet Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department - emphasized that after the merger, the area is larger and the population is denser, posing heavier tasks. Therefore, the Party Committee of Huu Kiem commune needs to continue to promote the spirit of unity, effort, and creativity, focusing on successfully achieving the goals and tasks in the new term; paying attention to improving the material and spiritual lives of the people; maintaining political security, social order and safety, and firmly protecting national border sovereignty.


The Director of the Provincial Public Security Department also shared his condolences and offered encouragement regarding the heavy losses suffered by the Party Committee, Government, and people of Huu Kiem commune during the recent floods. He expressed his confidence that, with their tradition of unity and determination to overcome difficulties, Huu Kiem commune will soon overcome the challenges, stabilize their lives, and gradually build a more developed locality.
August 22ndMon Son Commune Party CommitteeThe first Party Congress of the commune, for the term 2025-2030, was successfully organized. Attending the congress were Comrade Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and representatives from provincial departments and agencies. 250 delegates representing 867 Party members from the entire Party Committee attended the congress.

Mon Son commune was established by merging the former Mon Son and Luc Da communes of Con Cuong district. After the merger, Mon Son is a mountainous commune with a 36.5 km border with Laos, marked by 7 border markers. The commune has a natural area of 52,942 hectares and a population of 18,836 people, of which ethnic minorities account for nearly 93%. The Mon Son commune Party Committee has 40 subordinate branches with a total of 867 Party members.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Van De, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, praised the achievements of Mon Son commune during the 2020-2025 term. He expressed his hope that during the 2025-2030 term, the Mon Son Commune Party Committee would effectively implement the Congress's theme: "Unity, innovation, upholding heroic traditions, resolutely building a clean and strong Party Committee; creating breakthroughs for rapid and sustainable development, while ensuring strong national defense and security."


To effectively achieve the goals and targets, the Party Committee needs to strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to ensure comprehensive purity and strength; accelerate digital transformation and administrative reform; and focus on economic development linked to the construction of synchronous infrastructure. It should leverage support resources from the Central Government, the province, and national target programs, while also utilizing internal resources to fulfill the criteria for building new rural areas.
