According to Mr. H., prior to the incident, his family had no conflicts with anyone. Currently, Ms. A. is hospitalized for treatment and unable to walk, affecting her daily life and work. Therefore, Mr. H. hopes that the authorities will intervene to help his family find the person responsible for the accident that injured his wife.
"My wife was carrying a handbag in front of her at the time. I think they might have staged a traffic accident to achieve another purpose. Because they didn't achieve that purpose, they didn't dare to run away for fear of being yelled at by the people," Mr. H stated.
On the morning of November 2nd, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoat, Head of the O Cho Dua Ward Police, stated that the unit had received a report from Mr. H.'s family on the afternoon of November 1st.
"According to regulations, we will conduct an investigation and verify the incident. At the same time, we will clarify the reason why Ms. A. was treated this way. It could be due to a personal conflict or some other reason," Mr. Khoat affirmed.
