(Baonghean.vn) - Hearing the news of his grandmother's death, Nguyen Tat Nga, a university student, immediately took a bus from Hanoi to his hometown of Do Luong (Nghe An) to mourn her. Unfortunately, the bus overturned, killing Nga along with four other victims.
On the afternoon of June 14, the leader of the People's Committee of Tan Son commune, Do Luong district, said that in the commune there was one victim of the passenger bus accident in Ninh Binh city, that was Nguyen Tat Nga, residing in hamlet 6.

Before that, hearing the news from her family that her grandmother, Nguyen Thi Tan, 112 years old - a Vietnamese Heroic Mother, had passed away, Nga took a bus home to mourn her grandmother. Unfortunately, when the bus reached the intersection of National Highway 1A (in Nam Thanh Ward, Ninh Binh City), it collided with motorbike 35H3-9850 and overturned on the road. The accident killed Nguyen Tat Nga and 3 other victims, and injured many others. Among the 4 deceased victims, 3 were from the same hometown in Do Luong.

The leader of Tan Son Commune People's Committee also said that on the afternoon of June 14, the local government and family held a funeral for the heroic Vietnamese mother Nguyen Thi Tan. The body of Nguyen Tat Nga is undergoing cremation procedures in Ninh Binh, then the ashes will be brought back to her hometown for burial. Nga is the youngest of five children and is currently a second-year student at FPT University.
