The Party Committee of the Border Guard Command held a training session on Party building work in 2016.

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 28, the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command organized a training course on Party building work in 2016 for Party and political work staff at grassroots Party branches.

Colonel Nguyen Van Tuy - Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command - delivered the opening speech and assigned tasks to the training course.

The training course was attended by 83 comrades, including: Secretaries of Party branches and committees; Chairpersons of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee at the grassroots level; Party committee members in charge of inspection and supervision work at the grassroots level; and Deputy Political Commissars of the units.

Over the course of four days (November 28th - December 1st), trainees will receive instruction on topics including: Party building and organizational work; Party inspection, supervision, and discipline; mass mobilization; security protection; and personnel and policy work.

The training course aims to help Party and political work staff grasp the viewpoints, principles, content, and methods of conducting Party and political work, the regulations and procedures for the activities of Party committees and branches; to carry out some aspects of Party inspection, supervision and discipline, internal security protection, mass mobilization, and personnel work, thereby enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations to meet the requirements of new tasks.
