The Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Nghe An Province is thoroughly implementing the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies - presided over the meeting.

Also attending were Comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and other specialized Deputy Secretaries, members of the Standing Committee, and members of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee; as well as Party committee members, speakers, and heads of departments and specialized agencies.

The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, with over 1,300 officials and Party members from across the Party organization attending at 36 locations, including one main location.

The key step in putting the Resolution into practice.

The first Party Congress of the Party agencies of the province, for the term 2025-2030, held in August 2025, was a great success, opening a new phase of development.

The Congress held democratic discussions and reached a high level of consensus, adopting a Resolution with the theme: "Unity, democracy, discipline, and innovation; enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members, contributing to building Nghe An into a prosperous province of the country."

The Congress also affirmed the guiding principle for action during the term: "Unity, democracy, discipline, and innovation." This serves as both a compass and a call to action for all cadres and Party members within the Party organization.

Organizing a conference to disseminate the Resolution of the Party Congress is of great importance, contributing to unifying understanding, creating new momentum and motivation, and transforming political determination into concrete actions to successfully achieve the goals and tasks set forth by the Congress.

In his opening remarks, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies - urged delegates to uphold a high sense of responsibility and focus intensely on studying and fully absorbing the implementation contents in order to achieve high consensus in understanding and action, promptly concretize, and provide close and decisive leadership and guidance to effectively implement the resolutions and projects at the Party committee, agency, and unit levels.

The comrade also emphasized the importance of seriously and effectively implementing the online report writing process as deployed by the Organizing Committee; doing a good job of propaganda, promoting emulation movements throughout the Party Committee, and resolutely striving to successfully achieve the goals and tasks of the Congress Resolution.

“The Resolution of the First Congress of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies is the culmination of the wisdom, will, and aspirations for innovation and development of the entire Party Committee. Thoroughly understanding, studying, and implementing the Resolution is the key step in transforming the targets, tasks, and solutions of the Congress into vibrant realities in life,” Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized.

At the conference, delegates heard representatives from the Standing Committee of the Party Committee explain the basic and core contents of the Resolution; in particular, clearly assessing the achievements, limitations, causes, and lessons learned during the past term.

Simultaneously, clarify the theme, action plan, key indicators, priority tasks, breakthroughs, and main tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee has implemented the Plan for carrying out Directive No. 50-CT/TW of the Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party branch activities in the new period.

Dr. Dao Van Thanh - Deputy Director of the Digital Transformation and Cryptography Department, Central Party Office, discussed some basic contents regarding digital transformation work in Party agencies.

Innovate the process of implementing the resolution.

The Party Committee plays a role in advising, guiding, and implementing the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State; and the policies and resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee.

In his closing remarks at the conference, Comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Inspection Committee, and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies - noted several points aimed at concretizing the Resolution of the Congress into the practical activities of Party committees, agencies, units, and individual cadres and Party members to achieve the highest effectiveness.

Accordingly, grassroots Party committees need to continue to thoroughly study and grasp the spirit and content of the Resolution and the contents disseminated at the conference, and promptly and proactively develop action programs and implementation plans for the Resolution in a way that is innovative, clearly assigns tasks, sets timelines, targets, and specific solutions; ensuring synchronicity and uniformity from policy to action.

At the same time, Party committees at all levels should urgently supplement their action programs to implement the resolutions of the Party committees and branches, based on the targets, tasks, and solutions set forth in the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress of Party agencies, with particular emphasis on concretizing key tasks and breakthroughs to effectively achieve the goals set forth in the Congress Resolution.

The comrade also noted the need to create a clear shift in awareness and actions, and in the responsibility of Party committees, cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in organizing and implementing digital transformation activities and applying information technology, contributing to the innovation of professional, scientific, and efficient working methods in performing assigned tasks.
