The Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Nghe An Province organized training on Party work for its units.
On the morning of November 4th, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Nghe An province organized a training conference on Party building work for more than 130 grassroots Party committee officials, reporters, social opinion collaborators, members of the Steering Committee 35, and officials in charge of Party affairs from 12 affiliated grassroots Party organizations.
In his opening remarks at the conference, Comrade Tran Quang Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, affirmed that Party building at the grassroots level plays a particularly important role, serving as the foundation for enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks in units, especially during the period of implementing the two-tiered local government system.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies, Tran Quang Hoa, also requested that the trainees participate in the conference seriously and responsibly to fully absorb the content being conveyed; including regulations and guidelines from the Central and Provincial authorities on Party building work; and skills and expertise in the fields of propaganda, mass mobilization, personnel organization, inspection, etc.
Comrade Tran Quang Hoa expressed his hope that the conference would enhance the capacity and effectiveness of advisory work on Party building in agencies and units, ensuring compliance with regulations; and proactively implement appropriate solutions to further improve the quality and effectiveness of Party branch activities, operational work, and leadership and management skills.
At the same time, effectively applying and handling practical situations well, promoting the self-awareness and proactiveness of Party committee officials in researching and organizing the implementation of Party building tasks at the grassroots level, especially the deployment of action programs to implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, in accordance with the functions and tasks of each agency, unit, organization, and individual within the entire Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
In the morning, the trainees received instruction on the topic: "Skills in grasping, identifying, and combating harmful and toxic information."
This emphasizes the role and responsibilities of officials and Party members participating in social media; clarifies the skills needed to identify erroneous and hostile viewpoints, fake news, and misinformation, and on that basis, to develop effective countermeasures and solutions.

Furthermore, the conference also disseminated Directive 47-CT/TW dated May 23, 2025, of the Party Central Committee on strengthening public opinion work in the new situation; and at the same time, conveyed some propaganda techniques in the current period and notes for Party committees and Party members when establishing and using social networks.
In the afternoon, the conference continued with two topics: New points regarding the review, evaluation, and classification of the quality of collectives and individuals within the political system according to Regulation 366-QĐ/TW; and the inspection and supervision work of Party committees and Party Disciplinary Committees at the grassroots level.
