The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee organized the March briefing conference.
On the afternoon of March 28th, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee held the briefing conference for March 2025.
Attending the conference were members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, representatives of the Party Building Departments and the Party Committee Office; grassroots speakers and propagandists; and officials and specialists of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
Comrade Hoang Van Nhien – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee – attended and directed the conference.
At the conference, delegates heard information on the results of implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017, of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on "Some issues concerning the continued reform and restructuring of the organizational apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective, and efficient"; the results of implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW at the central and provincial levels in the past period and the roadmap and tasks for continuing to implement the Resolution in the coming period.
Based on an analysis of the tremendous changes in the political system resulting from the restructuring and streamlining of the apparatus, the speaker emphasized that this is a revolution that will create momentum to propel the country into a new era – an era of national progress. The consensus and expectations of the people are the solid spiritual foundation for the Party and the State to resolutely and decisively achieve the goals and requirements set forth.
The conference also outlined the content for propaganda in April 2025. Accordingly, in addition to the content adopted at the conference, speakers should focus on disseminating the content of the 2025 thematic topic on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, ethics, and style on achieving social progress and equity; improving the material and spiritual lives of the people"; the preparation for Party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party; paying attention to new directives from the Politburo and the General Secretary; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in national science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation; and Resolution No. 193/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting some special mechanisms and policies to create breakthroughs in national science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
The conference also called on and encouraged cadres and Party members to actively participate in the 3rd "Homeland on the Edge of the Waves" Contest in 2025 and the online "Proud of Vietnam" Contest organized by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
The first ever March briefing conference was organized by the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee. The conference will be held monthly to provide timely information on the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; and to provide current affairs information for the team of speakers to disseminate throughout the Party organization.
