The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee is implementing the digitization of Party member records.
On the afternoon of July 29th, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to implement the digitization of Party member records, with the participation of members of the Party member record digitization team as per Decision No. 536-QĐ/ĐU.
Delivering the opening remarks at the conference, Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee – affirmed that digitizing Party member records and building electronic Party member records is a key task in the digital transformation roadmap of Party agencies, contributing to the modernization of Party member management and improving the quality and effectiveness of Party building and organization work.
Therefore, delegates are urged to demonstrate a sense of responsibility, focus on studying and thoroughly understanding the guidelines; proactively exchange ideas and resolve difficulties and obstacles to reach a consensus on implementation methods. After the conference, agencies and units should promptly digitize records, create data, and build electronic party member records according to the correct procedures, ensuring completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and information security.
At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Ho Manh - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee, and a member of the Party Member Records Digitization Team - provided specific guidance on the steps for implementing electronic Party member records; the record digitization process; methods for creating, updating, standardizing, and managing data on the software system; instructions on scanning and storing electronic documents; and disseminated requirements for ensuring information security and confidentiality.
Previously, on July 21, 2026, the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Plan No. 79-KH/DU on the implementation of digitizing Party member records within the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province requested the complete, accurate, and unified digitization of Party member records currently managed within the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province; gradually transitioning the method of managing Party member records from paper to electronic records and digital data; creating electronic Party member records that are updated and centrally stored on the Party organization and member database system; serving the management, retrieval, and exploitation of information, the implementation of Party building and organizational work, and the leadership and direction of the Party committee. The digitization must be carried out according to the principle: "Do it thoroughly at each stage; ensure accuracy at each digitization stage; and ensure that the data is readily available at each stage." Specific roadmap: Establish a digitization team and assign specific tasks to each member before July 31, 2026; Strive to complete the digitization of party member records for officials under the management of Party committees at all levels before September 15, 2026, and complete 100% of the remaining party member records before December 30, 2026.
