Defeating Thanh Hoa, U15 SLNA successfully defended the championship title

While the audience at Thong Nhat Stadium had not yet warmed up their seats, striker Phan Duy Hao warned Thanh Hoa's defense with a powerful long-range shot, forcing the opposing goalkeeper to fly to save the goal.

In the 10th minute, from a corner kick by Dam Duc Vinh, Phan Duy Hao chose the right position and headed the ball close to the goal to open the score.

In the first half, U15 SLNA did not allow U15 Thanh Hoa many opportunities to approach goalkeeper Xuan Son's goal. Minute 33 was a rare situation like that, however, Ha Huy Duc kicked the ball over the crossbar of U15 SLNA's goal.

The first half ended with complete dominance and a temporary 1-0 advantage in favor of coach Phan Nhu Thuat's students.

In the second half, U15 SLNA showed signs of slowing down while U15 Thanh Hoa played with great excitement. And the young team from Thanh Hoa unexpectedly equalized 1-1 from a long-range free kick by Nguyen Cong Son.

The ball went into the top corner, surprising SLNA U15 goalkeeper Xuan Son. With only 10 minutes left in the match, SLNA U15 had 2 dangerous opportunities from a direct free kick and a corner kick, but all failed to result in goals.

In the 77th minute, U15 SLNA almost managed to settle the match in the 2 official halves. From a corner kick, captain Ngo Van Bac headed the ball close to the goal but unfortunately it went wide.

After 80 minutes of official play without any more goals, the two teams had to settle the final match with a nerve-wracking penalty shootout.

Although captain Van Bac missed a penalty, goalkeeper Dang Xuan Son made excellent saves against U15 Thanh Hoa, helping U15 SLNA defeat their opponent with a penalty score of 3-2.

Defeating Thanh Hoa with great effort and courage, U15 SLNA successfully defended the championship title. This is the third time the Nghe An team has won the championship in this tournament./.
