1. Europe:In Europe, 9 direct spots belong to France, Portugal, Germany, Serbia, Poland, England, Spain, Belgium and Iceland. The first leg of the play-off with the participation of 8 teams Switzerland, Denmark, Italy, Croatia, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Greece and Sweden just ended with the advantage of the score for Sweden, Switzerland and Croatia.
