List of Nghe An car license plates auctioned for the first time

The Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) informed that Vietnam Joint Stock Auction Company is the organization organizing the auction of car license plates. This unit has publicly posted the list of license plates put up for auction in the first round on the online auction information website.https://dgbs.vpa.com.vn.

At the first session, the Traffic Police Department approved a list of 153,102 car license plates from 63 provinces and cities to be auctioned. This is the first list of car license plates to be auctioned for the first time, expected to take place around August 15-20, 2023. The car license plates are distributed among the following categories: Cars, passenger cars, trucks and vans.

According to regulations, the list of license plates for auctioned cars is made public on the electronic information page. Information on the regulations and the list of license plates for auctioned cars is made public at least 30 days before the auction.

Bidders will be given an access account, instructions on how to use the account, how to bid and other content on the online auction information page.

After selecting the license plate to be auctioned, the participant submits the application fee and deposit to the account of the property auction organization and is given an auction participation code.

Then, the auction participant accesses the online auction information page with his/her access account and performs the auction procedure according to the auction regulations.

The starting price of the auction will be 40 million VND, with a step price of 5,000,000 VND. The license plate of the winning car will only be issued to the winning bidder. The auction proceeds will be paid into the State budget.
