After being eliminated in the group stage of two consecutive World Cups, Germany aims to advance beyond this round for the first time since their 2014 victory.

After missing the 2022 World Cup due to an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury, Florian Wirtz will make his long-awaited World Cup debut. The Liverpool forward has scored and assisted more than 10 goals for his national team – fans are eagerly awaiting to see how he will shine on the biggest stage in world football.

Supporting Wirtz in attack is Nick Woltemade. The 1.98m tall striker only made his national team debut last June, but has quickly become a complete modern center forward in German football.
