The second session of the 16th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province, for the term 2025-2030, took place on the morning of November 21st. Guests and official delegates heard a report on the results of the consultations held at the first session.
Specifically, at the first session of the Congress, 119 members were elected to the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 16th term, 2025-2030. Following the first session of the Congress, the 16th term Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held its first meeting to elect the Standing Committee of the 16th term Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2025-2030 term.
Based on the personnel plan for the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, 16th term, 2025-2030, which was approved by the Congress and includes 10 members, and in a spirit of democracy, wisdom, and responsibility, the first meeting unanimously elected 9 members to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, 16th term, 2025-2030 (one position remains vacant). This includes the Chairman and 8 Vice-Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
Specifically, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province in the 15th term – was nominated to hold the position of Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province in the 16th term, 2025-2030.
The consultative conference elected 8 full-time Vice Chairpersons of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the 16th term, 2025-2030, including:
1. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, 15th term.
2. Mr. Kha Van Tam, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province (15th term), Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
3. Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province (15th term), Chairperson of the Provincial Women's Union.
4. Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province (15th term), Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union.
5. Mr. Nguyen Sy Hoi - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, 15th term, Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association.
6. Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, 15th term.
7. Ms. Tran Thi Thu Huong - Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, 15th term.
8. Mr. Phan Sy Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, 15th term.
