List of names of 102 new communes and wards in Dak Lak province after mergers.
Following the merger of Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces, Dak Lak province will have 102 commune-level administrative units.
Before the reorganization, Dak Lak province had 180 administrative units at the commune/ward level, including 149 communes, 18 wards, and 13 towns.
After the reorganization, the number of commune-level administrative units was reduced to 68 (including 61 communes and 7 wards).
Before the reorganization, Phu Yen province had 110 administrative units at the commune/ward level, including 21 wards, 6 towns, and 83 communes. After the reorganization, this number was reduced to 34 units, including 27 communes and 7 wards.
