This year, each student can register to apply for specialized classes at a maximum of two out of the four specialized high schools under the Hanoi Department of Education and Training. Candidates can register for the same specialized subject at two different schools or choose different specialized subjects if the exam schedules do not overlap.
To be eligible to take the specialized entrance exam, students must pass the preliminary round and participate in all three common exams: Literature, Mathematics, and Foreign Language, along with a specialized exam of their choice.
