Warning signs of stomach cancer are not pain
Stomach cancer can be extremely painful. But in many cases, pain is not an early warning sign of the disease.
Umut Sarpel, Associate Professor, a surgeon specializing in cancer surgery in the US, said: "In fact, early stage stomach cancer may not cause symptoms."
"We all have stomach aches at some point, and it can make people worry about stomach cancer," he says. "But it's not one of the common signs of cancer. In most cases, stomach aches are not the result of cancer."

Stomach cancer is not usually hereditary. Stomach cancer is mostly caused by habits and diet or by random DNA mutations.
For early diagnosis, check for the following signs:
Vomiting or passing blood
This sign can be a symptom of colitis, enteritis but if it is a symptom of stomach cancer, the blood in your stool will be red or black and it is the result of the enzymes working.
In addition, when you vomit, you will see that it has a coffee-ground-like texture and is mixed with bright red blood, which is due to partially digested food.
Appetite surge
You feel hungry and crave a lot of things, but as soon as you eat, you feel full and quickly lose interest in food. Dr. Sarpel calls this "early depression" and says it's a warning sign of stomach cancer.
Internal injuries cause occasional pain
The sign of pain related to stomach cancer is that it is continuous and "rumbling". However, this condition does not occur continuously but it can reappear within 2 weeks later. In addition, pain due to stomach cancer is a symptom of pain that occurs in the middle of the abdomen.
Unexplained weight loss
Many diseases, including type 1 diabetes, Addison's disease, and Crohn's disease, can cause unexplained weight loss. Stomach cancer is also a cause.
Heartburn
Heartburn, indigestion, and other uncomfortable bowel symptoms can be early warning signs of stomach cancer, according to sources at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Bloating, diarrhea and constipation
A cancerous tumor growing in the stomach can make you feel bloated or cause digestive disorders, disrupting bowel movements causing diarrhea, constipation. Although it can be a manifestation of other diseases, you should still be careful with stomach cancer.
