David Moyes sacked in Spain
Former Man Utd coach has been ordered to resign for the second time in 19 months.
The decision to sack Moyes was made by Real Sociedad today, November 9, three days after the team under the Scottish coach lost 0-2 at Las Palmas.

The result was Sociedad's fourth defeat in their last five La Liga games, leaving the famous Basque club stuck in 16th place in the La Liga table, only above the relegation zone thanks to a better goal difference.
In 11 La Liga games this season, Moyes’s Sociedad have won just two and have yet to even taste victory at home, a significant drop from last season when the Scot finished 12th under the Scot.
When La Liga resumes after the international break, Sociedad will face Sevilla, the reigning Europa League champions, and Barca, the reigning Champions League champions. The Basque club therefore decided to part ways with Moyes early to find a new coach and give him more time to prepare for the two tough matches ahead.
This is the second time in 19 months that Moyes has had to leave before the end of his contract. He was sacked by Man Utd on April 22, 2014 due to a series of poor results for the red team. Seven months later, Moyes moved to Spain to take up the position of head coach of Sociedad, under a contract valid until June 2016.
In a year leading Sociedad, Moyes led 42 matches, won 12, achieving a rate of 28.57% - the lowest rate in his coaching career. During those 12 wins, Moyes was once famous in Spain when he helped Sociedad defeat the mighty Barca 1-0 on January 4, 2015.
