According to the Guidelines for organizing the teaching of Foreign Language 1 at primary level that have just been sent to the Departments of Education and Training of provinces and cities, the Ministry of Education and Training requires that when implementing the teaching of Foreign Language 1 in grades 1 and 2, assessment results are not used to consider grade promotion.
