Promoting the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings within the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 25th, the Party Committee of the People's Court of Nghe An province held a conference to review the results of the past five years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016, of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style."
ComradeTran Ngoc Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chief Justice of the Nghe An Provincial People's Court - chaired the conference.
The conference was held online, ensuring compliance with social distancing regulations as per the Prime Minister's Directive 16.
Over the past five years, in implementing Directive 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016, of the Politburo, the Party Committee of the People's Court of Nghe An province has adopted many effective and practical approaches. The resolution has been thoroughly disseminated to all cadres and Party members of the Provincial People's Court and the People's Courts of districts, cities, and towns, creating a vibrant emulation movement throughout the Party Committee.

Five collectives and eleven individuals registered as exemplary models of learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example, with specific actions such as: effectively arranging, organizing, and utilizing the team of judges, investigators, and secretaries; enhancing the effectiveness of mass mobilization in mediating and dialogue in administrative and civil cases; preventing serious cases from being overturned or amended... 100% of cadres, Party members, and the general public registered to fulfill their responsibility of setting an example, overcoming shortcomings and limitations after the review of Central Resolution 4, the collective and individual reviews in 2020, and implementing tasks in 2021...
The implementation of the Directive has produced many exemplary individuals and groups, contributing to the spread of the movement among all cadres and Party members.
At the conference, Comrade Tran Ngoc Son also instructed all party members in the entire Party Committee to study the 2021 thematic topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style on self-reliance, self-strength, and the aspiration for a prosperous and happy country."
On the same day, the Party Committee of the People's Court of Nghe An province also held a conference to review Party work during the first six months of the year and to implement tasks for the last six months.
