At the meeting, the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission heard a report on the results of the review and proposed disciplinary action by the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission.
Members of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission focused on discussing, analyzing, clarifying and concluding violations by individuals and groups to ensure strict compliance with Party principles and regulations and military discipline.
The Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission voted to propose Party disciplinary action against 12 soldiers (including Party disciplinary action: Warning 2, dismissal 2; military disciplinary action: Stripping 1 officer's rank, dismissing 3, and stripping 4 of their military titles).
Praising and appreciating the advisory and preparation work of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission, General Luong Cuong said that the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission has proactively inspected, monitored, grasped the situation, and promptly proposed disciplinary actions to collectives and individuals who violated discipline, ensuring that they are reasonable, the right person, the right offense, and there are no forbidden areas.
The review and disciplinary process always strictly follows the Party's policies, State laws, and regulations of the Ministry of National Defense, especially strictly upholding principles and regulations.
General Luong Cuong suggested that in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission proactively advise the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission and the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission to closely lead and direct the work of inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement; proactively grasp the situation, detect and inspect Party members and lower-level Party organizations when there are signs of violations; promptly resolve and thoroughly handle petitions, denunciations and complaints, contributing to maintaining and improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations; strengthening solidarity and unity, and successfully completing political tasks./.
