How long is the car registration expired before being fined?
The situation of a series of inspection centers being overloaded or closed, as well as the tightening of inspection work, has caused many car owners to delay, leading to the risk of being heavily fined for overdue inspection.
The 2008 Road Traffic Law stipulates that automobiles, including trailers or semi-trailers towed by other types of automobiles, when participating in road traffic must be periodically inspected for technical safety and environmental protection. At the same time, vehicle owners must be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the safety of the vehicle according to prescribed standards between two inspection periods.
