With the motto "no union member or worker is left without Tet",Nghe An Provincial Federation of Laborhas issued a Plan to organize activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025. Accordingly, the Provincial Federation of Labor requires districts, cities, towns, and sectors to balance their regular revenue and expenditure sources during the year, existing regular operating funds, or sources of support from higher levels to take care of union members and workers at grassroots unions according to the allocated number.

Grassroots unions balance their regular revenues and expenditures during the year and use the accumulated union financial resources of the unit to carry out activities to care for union members and employees during Tet; coordinate with employers, based on resources, to organize New Year's Eve activities for some employees and union members to return to work as soon as possible after Tet holiday.
