National Literature Exam for Excellent Students 2024-2025 School Year
Literature exam for national excellent students in the 2024-2025 school year. In the Literature exam, candidates must complete 2 questions: Social Essay (8 points) and Literary Essay (12 points).
This year's Social Essay question requires candidates to present on the topic: Listening to silence.
The 2025 National High School Excellence Exam will take place from December 24-26 with 6,482 candidates participating at 68 examination councils. Candidates will take 13 subjects including: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Information Technology, Literature, History, Geography, English, Russian, French, Chinese and Japanese.
This is the first time the exam has been held under the new general education program. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the percentage of students winning prizes accounts for 60% of the total number of contestants, in which the number of first, second and third prizes does not exceed 60% of the total number of prizes and the number of first prizes does not exceed 5%.
Prize-winning students will be given priority for direct admission to universities and colleges. Candidates who make it to the selection round of the International Olympic team will be exempted from the high school graduation exam. The exam results are expected to be announced at the end of January 2025.
