2018 National High School Literature Exam
9:30, candidates finished the Literature exam. The boat in the distance and the scene of violence in a fishing family were included in the Literature exam.
According to information from the Ministry of Education and Training, this year, the whole country has 925,753 candidates registered to take the exam. Of which, the number of candidates taking the exam to be considered for recognition of high school graduation is 879,705. Candidates using the results to apply for university and college admission is 688,466.
Regarding the exam, 341,576 candidates registered for the Natural Science exam (accounting for 37%). The number of candidates registered for the Social Science exam was 444,538 (48%). 36,016 candidates registered for both combined exams (accounting for 4%).

The remaining 11% take the component subjects of the combined exam (these are independent candidates taking the exam for university and college admission or independent candidates taking the exam for high school graduation recognition with the component subjects of the combined exam of 2017 reserved).
The country has 2,144 exam sites with 39,689 exam rooms. To ensure the exam is conducted strictly and disciplined, the Ministry of Education and Training mobilized more than 4,000 inspectors to be stationed at the exam sites along with more than 45,000 officials and lecturers to coordinate with localities to organize the exam.
