(Baonghean) - With only one day left until the Van Temple - Cua Rao (Tuong Duong) begins its festival, preparations are complete, ready to welcome locals and tourists to offer incense and participate in the festivities.

| The Van - Cua Rao Temple, located near the confluence of the Nam Non and Nam Mo rivers in Xa Luong commune (Tuong Duong district), is a place of worship for Doan Nhu Hai (a general of the Tran dynasty who contributed to defending the country against invaders) and also houses the Tam Toa Thanh Mau (one of the Four Immortals in folk beliefs). The temple is recognized as a provincial-level historical and cultural relic. The Van - Cua Rao Temple Festival will take place from February 27-29, 2016 (corresponding to the 20th-22nd day of the first lunar month of the Year of the Monkey). Currently, preparations for the festival are largely complete, ready to welcome locals and tourists. |
