For each patient that the hospital's doctors and nurses come to examine, they are asked for their phone number to contact and inquire about their condition. For those with serious illnesses, the hospital also gives gifts, provides food, accommodation, and travel expenses when they come to the hospital for examination...

Along with organizing delegations to localities to examine, provide free medicine, and give gifts, Military Hospital 4 also directly performs humanitarian eye surgery for children with eye defects such as ptosis, strabismus, ensuring safety, giving back to the children smiles, eyes, light, and aesthetics to integrate into society.

In the 10 years from 2006 to 2015, the hospital organized eye examinations and consultations for over 1,000 children, and performed cataract surgery for 950 children, with a budget of over 1 billion VND...
