At 6:00 AM on September 10, 2022, residents of Van Nam hamlet, Nghia Hop commune, Tan Ky district, while herding buffalo in the Lac pond area (belonging to Van Nam hamlet), discovered a set of clothes and a pair of boots on the northern bank.
Suspecting someone had drowned, residents reported the incident to the local authorities, who identified the victim as Mr. NCT, born in 1973.Duong Hap hamlet, Nghia Dung commune, Tan Ky district went to catch them.The fish haven't returned after the rain started at 9 PM on September 9, 2022.
The family then coordinated with the authorities to organize a search. At 9:30 a.m. the same day, the body of Mr. NCT was found submerged in the Lac pond area, in Van Nam hamlet, Nghia Hop commune.
Currently, the victim's body has been brought ashore at the southern bank of Lac Lake, and authorities are carrying out the necessary legal procedures.
