While fishing during the flood, a man tragically drowned.
On the morning of September 22nd, relatives and authorities in Nghia Hanh commune, Tan Ky district, found the body of Mr. Le Van Q. (44 years old), residing in Doi Cung hamlet, Nghia Hanh commune. Prior to this, Mr. Q. had drowned while fishing.
Due to the influence of the circulation of typhoon number 4, there was very heavy rain in Tan Ky district, causing many ponds, lakes, rivers, and streams to flood. On the night of September 20th, Mr. Q. went fishing with nets in some rice fields near his house to improve his family's meals.

When Mr. Q. didn't return home, his relatives went out to search for him. At around 7:35 AM on September 22nd, residents discovered Mr. Q.'s body floating on the water near the rice fields in front of his house (the floodwaters in the fields had already receded by then).
