Three women working as rice planters were killed or injured when they collided with a truck.
(Baonghean.vn) - While returning from working in the rice fields, three women in Tuong Duong (Nghe An) riding together on a motorbike collided with an oncoming truck, resulting in one death and two seriously injured.
According to the Tam Thai Commune Police (Tuong Duong District): A traffic accident recently occurred in the commune, resulting in one death on the spot and two seriously injured.

The incident occurred at 3 PM today (June 24th) in Lung village (Tam Thai commune). Three women, Loc Thi Duong, Lo Thi Hue, and Lo Thi Thanh, all residing in Quang Phuc village (Tam Dinh commune), were riding a motorbike to Tam Thai to work as hired rice planters. On their way back, near the Lung village cemetery, they collided with a truck with license plate 37C - 152.98 traveling in the opposite direction.
The accident resulted in the immediate death of Ms. Loc Thi Duong, the motorbike driver, while the other two people sustained serious injuries and are currently receiving emergency medical treatment.
Authorities arrived promptly to investigate the cause of the accident.
