Due to a previous conflict, when attending a funeral, Mr. Loi used a knife to slash a man in the same commune, injuring him, and then continued to slash another person.

On September 12, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Phuong, Chief of Tam Dai Commune Police (Phu Ninh District, Quang Nam Province) said that a man had just used a knife to slash two people, seriously injuring them.

According to Mr. Phuong, at around 3:00 p.m. on September 11, at Mr. Huynh Hoa's house (residing in Dong Tay village, Tam Dai commune, Phu Ninh district), a memorial service was held. Among the invited guests were Mr. Pham Tan Loi (born in 1968) and Mr. Bui Dung Luong (born in 1975), who were local residents.

Due to a previous conflict, Mr. Loi and Mr. Luong had a loud argument. After arguing for a while, Mr. Loi suddenly used a knife to slash Mr. Luong's shoulder but missed. Seeing his opponent fall, Mr. Loi slashed his back, leaving a wound nearly 20cm long.

At this time, Mr. Huynh Thang (residing in Da Nang City) rushed to stop him and was also slashed in the chest by Mr. Loi, causing serious injury.

Both victims were taken to the emergency room by local people with severe blood loss and multiple injuries.

Currently, the case is being investigated by Phu Ninh District Police (Quang Nam Province)./.
