Went to karaoke, stabbed 2 people seriously then escaped

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 25, the Criminal Investigation Department of Nghe An Province Police said it had just handed over Cao Anh Tu (born in 1988, residing in Thach Ha District, Ha Tinh) to Vinh City Police to continue investigating and handling the crime of "intentionally causing injury".

Previously, on September 2, while singing at a karaoke bar on Mai Hac De Street (Vinh City) and having a conflict with another singing group, Cao Anh Tu used a knife to seriously injure Bui Cong Hieu (born in 1984, residing in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City), causing 24% health damage, and Le Xuan Phuong (born in 1972, residing in Doi Cung Ward, Vinh City), causing 76% damage.

After committing the crime, Tu fled the area and was wanted by Vinh City Police for “intentionally causing injury”. Through his social relationships, Tu escaped to Ho Chi Minh City, then to Hanoi and Thanh Hoa. However, Tu’s whereabouts were quickly discovered by detectives from the Provincial Police Department of Wanted Criminals.

Using professional measures, at around 7:30 p.m. on November 23, detectives raided the house of Tu's friend in Lam Son ward, Thanh Hoa city, controlled and arrested Tu.

The evidence seized at the scene was a knife and a cell phone that Tu hid in his pocket. Immediately afterwards, Cao Anh Tu was escorted to Lam Son Ward Police (Thanh Hoa City) for investigation and transferred to Nghe An to be handed over to Vinh City Police Department for further investigation./.
