To celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025, Hoa Binh province will have 11 fireworks display locations as follows:
Hoa Binh City, 1 point at Hoa Binh Bridge;
Mai Chau District: 1 point at the District Stadium;
Tan Lac District: 1 point at the District Stadium;
Lac Thuy District: 1 point at the District Stadium;
Kim Boi District: 1 location in the new urban area (Sao area, Bo town);
Luong Son District has two locations: the center of Luong Son town and the Ben Market area in Thanh Cao commune;
Lac Son District: 1 location at Doi Trau Hill, Vu Ban town;
Cao Phong District: 1 location at the District Cultural Center; Da Bac District: 1 location in Da Bac town.
Yen Thuy District, 1 location at 30/4 Square in the center of Yen Thuy District.
The fireworks display will last no more than 15 minutes; the timing will be in accordance with current regulations. Funding for the event will come from social contributions from organizations, businesses, and individuals inside and outside the province.
The Provincial People's Committee has assigned specific tasks to departments and agencies to implement the Plan, ensuring that the organization of fireworks displays on New Year's Eve of the Year of the Snake (2015) in the province requires close coordination among all forces; the preparation, organization, and execution process must comply with current regulations; security, order, and traffic safety at fireworks display locations must be ensured, and absolute safety of people and equipment must be maintained before, during, and after the fireworks display…
