To celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025, Hung Yen province will have 11 locations for low-altitude fireworks displays. Specifically:
- Nguyen Van Linh Square, Hung Yen City.
- The area near the entrance to the My Hao Town People's Committee building.
- The project site for the Hong Hai Market and Commercial Center, Dai Dong and Viet Hung communes, Van Lam district.
- New Street residential area, Van Giang district.
- Yen My District Cultural Center.
- Binh Minh residential area, Pho Hien, Khoai Chau district.
- An Thi District Cultural Center.
- The area around the regulating lake and the Phu Cu District Cultural Center.
- Tien Lu District Central Flower Garden.
- Kim Dong District Cultural Center.
- Vu Hung Agricultural Development Investment Co., Ltd., Hiep Cuong Commune, Kim Dong District.
The fireworks display will last 15 minutes, from 00:00 to 00:15 on January 29, 2025 (i.e., New Year's Eve of the Year of the Snake).

In accordance with the spirit of the Directive of the Central Party Secretariat and the Provincial Party Committee on organizing the Tet holiday of the Year of the Snake 2025; Government Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020 on the management and use of fireworks and other relevant legal regulations.
Ensuring security and safety before, during, and after the fireworks display.
Fireworks display time: Approximately 15 minutes, from 00:00 to 00:15 on January 29, 2025; which is the first day of the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake 2025.
Funding: Local authorities will secure the funding themselves through social mobilization.
