To celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025, Lang Son province will have 11 locations for low-altitude fireworks displays. Specifically:
- One fireworks display location in Lang Son City: Hung Vuong Street stage, Chi Lang Ward, Lang Son City.
- For the districts of Huu Lung, Chi Lang, Cao Loc, Loc Binh, Dinh Lap, Van Lang, Trang Dinh, Van Quan, Binh Gia, and Bac Son: one fireworks display point is planned for each district, located in the district center.
The fireworks display will last 15 minutes, from 00:00 to 00:15 on January 29, 2025 (i.e., New Year's Eve of the Year of the Snake).
According to Plan 240/KH-UBND of 2024 by the People's Committee of Lang Son province, to welcome the Lunar New Year and the year 2025, Lang Son will organize the Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival and activities celebrating the Party and the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake 2025 with the theme "Lang Son Peach Blossoms - Spreading Beauty in All Directions".
The 2025 Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival will take place from January 17th, 2025 to February 26th, 2025 (corresponding to the 18th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Dragon to the 29th day of the 1st lunar month of the Year of the Snake) throughout Lang Son province.
The opening ceremony of the Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival will take place at Hung Vuong Street Square, Lang Son City, from 8:00 PM on Friday, February 7, 2025 (corresponding to the 10th day of the first lunar month of the Year of the Snake).
