To welcome the New Year of the Snake 2025, Ninh Binh province will have 4 low-altitude fireworks displays in Hoa Lu city, Tam Diep city, Yen Mo district and Yen Khanh district. Specifically:

- Hoa Lu City, fireworks display location is Dinh Tien Hoang Square.

- Tam Diep City, fireworks display location is the City Sports Center

- Yen Mo district, fireworks display location is the district central stadium.

- Yen Khanh district, fireworks display location is the district cultural center.

Firework display time is 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 00:15 on January 29, 2025 (ie New Year's Eve of the Lunar New Year).

The funding for organizing low-altitude fireworks displays comes from socialized sources, not from the state budget.

The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province assigned the People's Committees of the above districts and cities to preside over and coordinate with the Military Command, Ninh Binh Provincial Police, and the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh province to develop a specific plan and organize low-altitude fireworks displays on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 in accordance with regulations, ensuring absolute safety for people, vehicles, environmental landscape, security and order, traffic safety...
