To celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025, Ninh Thuan province will have two locations for low-altitude fireworks displays: Phan Rang - Thap Cham city and Thuan Bac district. Specifically:
- Internal road east of the April 16th Monument (My Binh ward,
Phan Rang Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province.
- 7/2 Park, the administrative center of Loi Hai commune, Thuan Bac district.
The fireworks display will last 15 minutes, from 00:00 to 00:15 on January 29, 2025 (i.e., New Year's Eve of the Year of the Snake).
Regarding the range, timing, duration, and location of fireworks displays, the Provincial People's Committee requests that localities comply strictly with the regulations stipulated in Government Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020, on the management and use of fireworks and other current regulations.
The funding for the fireworks display is sourced through social mobilization (not using the State budget). Fundraising must comply with legal regulations and does not involve soliciting contributions from officials, civil servants, employees, or the general public.
