To celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025, Tay Ninh province will have 9 locations for low-altitude fireworks displays, covering key areas from the city to the districts and towns. Specifically:
- Tay Ninh City: Provincial Martyrs' Memorial Square.
- Hoa Thanh Town: Hoa Thanh Town Stadium.
- Trang Bang Town: New Stadium (Tan Loc Quarter, Gia Loc Ward).
- Ben Cau District: Ben Cau District Stadium.
- Chau Thanh District: Vacant land next to Vinaphone.
- Duong Minh Chau District: The intersection at the edge of Dau Tieng Lake.
- Go Dau District: Old football field.
- Tan Bien District: Can Dang Bridge.
- Tan Chau District: Tan Chau Stadium.
The fireworks display will last 15 minutes, from 00:00 to 00:15 on January 29, 2025 (i.e., New Year's Eve of the Year of the Snake).
Regarding the range, timing, duration, and location of fireworks displays, the Provincial People's Committee requests that localities comply strictly with the regulations stipulated in Government Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020, on the management and use of fireworks and other current regulations.
The funding for the fireworks display is sourced through social mobilization (not using the State budget). Fundraising must comply with legal regulations and does not involve soliciting contributions from officials, civil servants, employees, or the general public.
