VETC officially operates a 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance center for a fee of 299,000 VND/year, providing unlimited assistance and free towing up to 100km.
VETC has officially launched its 24/7 National Roadside Assistance Center with notable service policies for car users. According to company representatives, this roadside assistance network now covers 100% of communes nationwide, ensuring timely assistance for customers in all areas.

Dedicated infrastructure and extensive partner network
To deploy this service, Ms. Vu Thi Nguyet, Chairwoman of the VETC Board of Members, said the unit has invested in more than 200 specialized rescue vehicles. The vehicle fleet includes small trucks, large trucks, cranes, and motorcycles to flexibly handle each specific rescue situation.
In addition to its own infrastructure, VETC collaborates with over 300 partner companies. These are accredited roadside assistance service providers and reputable garages to optimize customer response time. Upon receiving a request, the dispatch center will assign the most suitable unit based on location and the actual incident.



Commitment to timely response and transparency of information.
VETC is committed to a rapid response in its operational procedures. Rescue units must respond with a solution within 5–15 minutes of receiving a customer's emergency call. All information regarding the rescue plan is provided transparently, enabling vehicle owners to proactively handle any incidents.

VETC's 24/7 roadside assistance service currently costs 299,000 VND per year, applicable to vehicles with fewer than 16 seats and trucks with a payload of less than 2.5 tons. This is considered a competitive price compared to individual roadside assistance services on the market today.

Customers who subscribe to this service package will receive the following privileges:
- No limit on the number of times:Customers can call for roadside assistance whenever an incident occurs throughout the year, without any limit on the number of calls.
- Towing and lifting services are free:Free assistance is provided within a 100km radius for accidents, dead batteries (for electric vehicles), or incorrect fuel refueling. If the distance exceeds 100km, charges will apply from the 101st kilometer.
- On-site technical support:This includes jump-starting a car battery when the engine won't start, changing a spare tire, or providing emergency fuel.
Users can register and manage services directly on the VETC mobile app, simplifying the registration process and facilitating support requests in case of roadside emergencies.
