List of 6 private medical facilities suspended in Vinh City

After a week of testing,The Vinh City Private Medical Practice Interdisciplinary Team inspected 38 private medical practice establishments in the area.

Through inspection, most of the facilities committed violations such as: people participating in drug sales did not have the required qualifications, did not have a certificate of eligibility; Medical practice facilities did not publicly disclose the names of practitioners and employees; did not open a book to track drug sales activities as prescribed.

The delegation fined 16 establishments with a total of 36 million VND. Of which, they made a record of suspending the operation of 6 establishments that violated the regulations, including: Net Duyen Dental Clinic at 55 Nguyen Thai Hoc; Traditional Chinese Medicine Store at 10 Tue Tinh Street; Duc Phuc Pharmacy at 32 Dao Tan Street, Doi Cung Ward; Hanh Tien Pharmacy at 42 Nguyen Duy Trinh Street, Hung Dung Ward; Kiosk Drug Dealer at 4 Hung Dong Market and Khanh Hoa Medicine Dealer at 454 Dang Thai Mai Street, also in Hung Dong Commune.

The above 6 establishments have been operating for a long time but do not have a practice certificate or a registered business license.

The interdisciplinary inspection team invited the violating establishments to the Vinh City People's Committee for handling according to the provisions of law.
