Furthermore, Mr. Hoang was found to have lacked exemplary conduct and exhibited self-serving behavior in the appointment of his son, Vu Quang Hai, as a supervisor at the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation; in transferring Vu Quang Hai to the Board of Directors of Saigon Beer, Wine and Beverage Corporation (Sabeco) to be elected as a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Sabeco; violating the Central Committee's regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the Secretariat's regulations on the responsibility of setting an example for cadres and Party members; violating the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption, causing public outrage.

Mr. Hoang also neglected his leadership and supervision responsibilities, leading to some units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade failing to comply with regulations on recruitment, acceptance, evaluation, appointment, and personnel planning according to the management hierarchy, resulting in some officials violating discipline and being prosecuted...

Former Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, Vo Kim Cu, has been dismissed from his position.

Former Vinh Phuc Party Secretary Pham Van Vong has been dismissed from his position.

Specifically, Mr. Le Phuoc Hoai Bao has held positions such as Head of Department of the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone Management Board, Vice Chairman of the Thang Binh District People's Committee, Deputy Director and Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

The Secretariat of the Central Committee stated that Mr. Le Phuoc Thanh's violations and shortcomings were very serious, negatively affecting the prestige of the Party organization and himself, and causing negative public opinion among cadres, Party members, and the people.
