(Baonghean.vn) - For many years, people have continuously complained about the traffic "black spot" on Hoang Thi Loan Street - the section passing through Block 8, Ben Thuy Ward (Vinh City).

Hoang Thi Loan Street was upgraded in 2010. This is one of the main traffic routes connecting Phong Dinh Cang Street to Nguyen Van Troi Street in Ben Thuy Ward (Vinh City). The degraded and frequently flooded road is located in Block 8 of the ward and is only about 100m from the headquarters of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Ben Thuy Ward. Photo: D.T |

Just a little rain, immediately the whole road is flooded with dirty water. Pedestrians are like "looking in a mirror". Photo: D.T |

A leader of Ben Thuy ward said that the complexity of this traffic point comes from the lack of a drainage system, and four households do not agree on a plan to clear the land to implement the road upgrade project. Therefore, this road section has become a "bottleneck", causing difficulties for people and vehicles participating in traffic. Photo: D.T |

A representative of the Ben Thuy Ward People's Committee said that the city had previously planned to upgrade and repair this road section, but because it could not clear the land, it withdrew the capital. Fixing this traffic black spot is included in the medium-term plan from now until 2020. Photo: D.T |

And so, local people will have to "live with" the complications arising from this traffic black spot for many more years. Photo: D.T |
