Dien Chau awarded 100 million VND to support the construction of 'Great Solidarity' houses
On August 9, the Steering Committee for supporting the construction and repair of houses for poor households and households with housing difficulties in Dien Chau district awarded 100 million VND to support the construction of "Great Unity" houses for 2 poor households in Dien Hung commune.
The family of Mrs. Dau Thi Cai in Cu Nai village, Dien Hung commune is a family in extremely difficult circumstances. The family's income depends on social assistance and the help of siblings and relatives. Currently, her family does not have a house and is staying at her nephew's house.
The Steering Committee for supporting the construction and repair of houses for poor households and households with housing difficulties in Dien Chau district has helped and supported her family to build a new, spacious house. The house has a usable area of 60m2.2, tiled roof, ceramic tiled floor, with a total construction value of about 143 million VND. Of which, the District Housing Construction and Repair Support Fund for the poor and households with housing difficulties supported the family with 50 million VND, the remaining amount was supported by family and relatives.
On the same day, the Steering Committee for supporting the construction and repair of houses for poor households and households with housing difficulties in Dien Chau district also handed over 50 million VND to support the construction of a "Great Unity" house for Mr. Le Hung Son's family in Cu Nai village, Dien Hung commune.
