Otofun forum, One World electronic newspaper fined
On November 3, 2016, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications decided to fine OTV Company (owner of the social networks otofun.net and otofun.net.vn) 15 million VND for not complying with the regulations in the social network establishment license.

Also on November 3, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Decision No. 150/QD-XPVPHC to administratively fine the online newspaper Mot The Gioi 4 million VND for posting personal photos without the consent of Mr. Chiem Quoc Thai in the articles: "Doctor Chiem Quoc Thai's wife: I am so scared of my husband" on July 12, 2016, "Doctor Chiem Quoc Thai's wife: When I first met him, Mr. Thai had no money and was only allowed to assist in minor surgeries" on July 15, 2016, and Doctor Chiem Quoc Thai texted his wife: "I like to be promiscuous" on July 17, 2016.
In addition, Mot The Gioi newspaper was also fined 4 million VND for publishing personal documents (from Mr. Thai's personal account) without the consent of Mr. Thai and Ms. Vo Thi Hoang Yen in the article "Doctor Chiem Quoc Thai's wife: When I first met him, Mr. Thai had no money and was only allowed to assist in minor surgeries" on July 15, 2016.
The total fine that One World Electronic Newspaper must pay is 8 million VND and is forced to make corrections according to the law.
