The Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard has a total length of 10.83 km, including Vinh City (3.4 km), Nghi Loc District (4.83 km), and Cua Lo Town (2.6 km). The starting point is at Km0+00, intersecting with Truong Van Linh Street in Nghi Phu Commune (Vinh City); the end point is at Km10+830, intersecting with Binh Minh Street (Cua Lo Town).
