Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard has a total length of 10.83 km, including Vinh City (3.4 km), Nghi Loc District (4.83 km) and Cua Lo Town (2.6 km). The starting point Km0+00 intersects with Truong Van Linh Street, Nghi Phu Commune (Vinh City); the end point Km10+830 intersects with Binh Minh Street (Cua Lo Town).
