Conditions for recognition of a province meeting new rural standards
(Baonghean.vn) - According to Decision 1274/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, one of the conditions for the province to be recognized as having completed the task of building new rural areas is that there is no outstanding debt in basic construction under the National Target Program on building new rural areas in the area.

On August 19, 2020, the Prime Minister issuedDecision No. 1274/QD-TTgon promulgating the Regulations on conditions, order, procedures, records for consideration, recognition and announcement of provinces and centrally-run cities completing the task of building new rural areas in 2020. Accordingly, provinces recognized as completing the task of building new rural areas must ensure the following conditions:
100% of districts in the area are recognized as meeting new rural standards and after review, they ensure that they meet all criteria for new rural districts in the 2016 - 2020 period according to Decision No. 558/QD-TTg dated April 5, 2016 of the Prime Minister.
100% of towns and cities in the area have been recognized as having completed the task of building new rural areas and after review, they have ensured that they meet the requirements according to Decision No. 558/QD-TTg dated April 5, 2016 of the Prime Minister.
After review, 100% of communes in the area met all national criteria for new rural communes in the 2016-2020 period according to Decision 1980/QD-TTg dated October 17, 2016 of the Prime Minister.
There are no outstanding debts for basic construction under the National Target Program on new rural construction in the area.
