Conditions for recognizing a province as meeting the standards of a new rural area.
(Baonghean.vn) - According to Decision 1274/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, one of the conditions for a province to be recognized as having completed the task of building new rural areas is that there are no outstanding debts for basic construction under the National Target Program for building new rural areas in the province.

On August 19, 2020, the Prime Minister issued...Decision No. 1274/QD-TTgRegarding the issuance of regulations on the conditions, procedures, and documentation for considering, recognizing, and announcing the completion of the new rural development task in 2020 for provinces and centrally-administered cities. Accordingly, provinces recognized as having completed the new rural development task must meet the following conditions:
100% of the districts in the area have been recognized as meeting the standards for new rural areas, and after review, they have been ensured to meet all the criteria for new rural districts in the 2016-2020 period according to Decision No. 558/QD-TTg dated April 5, 2016 of the Prime Minister.
100% of the towns and cities in the area have been recognized as having completed the task of building new rural areas, and after review, they are ensured to meet the requirements according to Decision No. 558/QD-TTg dated April 5, 2016 of the Prime Minister.
After review, 100% of the communes in the area are guaranteed to meet all the national criteria for new rural communes in the 2016-2020 period, as stipulated in Decision 1980/QD-TTg dated October 17, 2016, of the Prime Minister.
There are no outstanding debts for basic infrastructure construction under the National Target Program for New Rural Development in the area.
