According to initial information, at around 12 PM on November 14th, a group of about 10 people came to the house of Mr. Dong Nguyen An (34 years old) in Hoa Hamlet, Nhi Binh Commune, Chau Thanh District, to look for Ms. Luong Thi Khanh V. (31 years old, residing in Dong Hoa Commune, Chau Thanh District).
Upon arriving, the group found several people sitting and chatting inside the house, so they called out to Ấn to ask him some questions, but Ấn refused to come out.
The group burst into the house, asked some questions, and then an argument broke out.
One person in the group pulled out an object resembling a gun and shot at Ấn and the others present at Ấn's house before leaving.
As a result, Mr. Ấn and two others, Nguyễn Thị Hạnh (41 years old, residing in Nhị Bình commune, Châu Thành district) and Phan Văn Ngọc Thạch (33 years old, residing in Phước Lập commune, Tân Phước district), were injured. Police seized five rubber bullet casings at the scene and are continuing to verify and investigate the matter.
