Dinh Bac expressed his gratitude to Song Lam Nghe An Club for winning the 2025 Vietnam Silver Ball award.
On the evening of December 26th, the Vietnam Golden Ball Gala 2025 concluded with a special highlight for Nguyen Dinh Bac. The striker, born in 2004, was not only honored in the category of Best Young Male Player of the Year, but also received the Silver Ball for the first time, ranking behind his senior teammate Nguyen Hoang Duc in the race for the Men's Golden Ball.
After a turbulent 2024, Dinh Bac made an impressive comeback in 2025. Wearing the Hanoi Police jersey, he gradually asserted his important role in the attack, showing clear progress in ball handling, tactical movement, and competitive spirit. No longer just a promising prospect, Dinh Bac is progressively becoming a reliable choice in important matches.
At the national team level, the striker from Nghe An continued to make a strong impression. He was a key player in helping the Vietnam U23 team win the Southeast Asian U23 Championship, before taking on the role of a spiritual leader, contributing to the Vietnam U22 team winning the Gold Medal at the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand. These consistent contributions helped Dinh Bac surpass many other young candidates to win the title of Best Young Player of 2025, and also made it into the top 3 nominations for the Men's Golden Ball, directly competing with established names in Vietnamese football.

Due to his training with the Vietnam U23 team, Dinh Bac was unable to attend the awards ceremony in person. Through a pre-recorded video, he expressed his sincere gratitude to the teams that have supported and accompanied him throughout his journey. Notably, the striker born in 2004 began his speech by paying tribute to Song Lam Nghe An – the club that nurtured and trained him in the early years of his career. Dinh Bac emphasized that this was a crucial foundation that helped him develop his mindset, discipline, and aspiration to pursue professional football.
"I would like to express my gratitude to Song Lam Nghe An Football Club for nurturing and training me in the early years of my career," Dinh Bac shared.
In addition, he also recalled his time playing for Quang Nam as a memorable milestone, a place that provided him with opportunities to train, compete, and gain experience. When talking about his current journey, Dinh Bac did not forget to express his gratitude to Hanoi Police Club, the coaching staff, and his teammates who have always believed in and supported him.
