(Baonghean.vn) - According to Decision 2468 of the Prime Minister, Vinh City is designated to be developed into a regional center of the North Central region in 10 areas. Currently, the province, Vinh City, and relevant sectors are actively implementing steps to effectively carry out the Decision.
